Not recall but service action pending.

Just booked a service for my Kia Niro in London.
On the booking page coming below message:

Service Action: There is a Service Action pending for your car. This is not a Safety Recall although it is an important action that will be completed during your service visit.

Does anyone had a similar issue mentioned on their service?
