Public Network Charging not giving quoted rate

I have a 2021 eNiro 4+ and don’t use public charging points very often, but I have noticed that when I do, if I use a 22kwh charge point the dashboard says it’s charging at rate of about 11kwh, if I use a 50kwh charger it says the rate is 20 odd kWh. Is this normal, or is there either a fault on my vehicle or I’m doing something wrong? I’ve asked the dealer service dept and they can’t answer the question.

I’ve answered my own question! I wasn’t giving it long enough before noting the charge rate - it starts low and slowly ramps the rate up
