Re: MIne is here!

Hi M Irvine. Glad you are pleased. Agree with comments about boot shield action it's rubbish. I notice the Ioniq has a channel in which the same flexible cover slides but at least it engages both sides accurately. Handbrake I am still not at home with after similar mileage, I occasionally forget to ...

Re: MIne is here!

Hi M Irvine. Yes car is quiet but I felt the gear change is less smooth than my road test. Your comments about electric handbrake is agreed with but I am not sure I like the position on the Niro. I would prefer if it was on outside of driver seat or lower down from where it currently is. Not sure it...

Re: Another Newbie

hi. Good luck with the order/ delivery as i opted not to order Adap pack as was worried about delivery running into april. I noticed that on the forum discussion about delivery dates either on this site or kiaownersclub site / Niro ( in December) there was an indepth analysis of delivery times which...

Re: Full size spare

hi. Yes this is an accessory i am looking into. I could accep a steel rim and suitable tyre as feel alloy is unnecessarily expensive as the spare would only be temporary. Usually the tyre and wheel market is awash with cheaper rims and tyres but of course with the Niro being fairly new the choice is...

Niro accessory options recommended

Hi. Has anyone purchased extras for car from dealer which they can recommend? Possibly rear bumper protection for dog entry or seat covers or sill guards or mud flaps? Depends on where u live or what u use car for? Be interested in owner ideas anyway

Re: insurance - the cost of it!

Hi . Not sure of your insurance location or excess level, but assuming your quote includes courtesy car, personal accident cover and legal protection but not no claims protection? It's not bad quote. I found aviva lv and kwikfit all used in past by me as reasonable company's. Unfortunately as we get...

Breakdown & Warranty

Does anyone know if Kia offers a breakdown recovery ( Hyundia does) , where the car is rescued if breakdown occurs whilst still under manufacturers warranty?
If not does anyone recommend a good national company?

Re: Just ordered

hi, What colour did you order and did you add the driver assistance pack.? I was told no DAP coming in till after april or any blues so I had to order Arctic grey without DAP. People talk a lot about getting an internet matched price too but i notice the dealers then screw you on the exchanged car u...
