Hi.
My rear washer jet on my 2017 Niro 3 has become a dribble when operated. I noticed the problem after I washed the car and thought that I might have dislodged a nozzle that stood proud of the underside of the spoiler.
I checked a new Niro in a Kia dealer today and there isn't a nozzle proud of the underside. It's in such an awkward position that it's difficult to see if there's a normal nipple that needs unblocked or whatever.
Any ideas what the problem could be?
Thanks

Open the tailgate fully and then look through the glass where you will see the nozzle on the right hand side under the brake light. You should be able to see any blockage. Let us know how you get on.

Couldn't see any blockage and tried a toothbrush over the area, in case there was one. Still the same feeble single jet. If it should produce a spray, then it must be either partially blocked or a weak motor. It passed it's MOT, so I guess it satisfies the tester. Thanks.
The rear washer jet finally gave up and I could only get a couple of drops of water out. I removed the middle plastic cover at the top of the rear hatch and pulled out the rubber washer tube. There's an inline one-way valve, which wasn't working and so bought one off ebay for £2.50. All sorted now.
