I had this on the dash whilst driving - Check SCC (Smart Cruise Control System) - or - SCC Conditions Not Met. These warning has been plaguing me for months and it lights up the EPG – Auto Hold and Master Warning lights in orange, these stay on until the ignition is turned off. This could happen a couple of times a week or every time I drove. Very occasionally the offside rear brake would stick on.
Booked the car into the local dealership in Bognor Regis today and apparently it’s a known fault, all fixed in under two hours. They changed both cables from the chassis to the rear brakes, apparently :!: one of the internal cores was intermittent / fractured in the offside cable. Very impressed and happy.
The reason for posting this is because i couldn’t find any reference’s on the forums and wanted to make fellow Nero users aware.
