e-niro rapid charging

I have a nearly new 2019 first edition e-Niro; 7000 miles ex-demonstrator. Seems not to want to charge from 50KW Rapid chargers when the available charge in the battery is already above 50%; it will only charge at Fast rates of 22/23 KW. Has anyone had any similar problems please?
