Long period of Niro HEV not being driven

I have a 2021 Niro 2 HEV and in December I'm off to warmer climes for 10 weeks. Will it mess up the main lithium battery being left unused for that length of time?? Any thoughts or advice welcomed. Joe

I had a 66 Niro HEV 2. I once went to New Zealand for 6 weeks and the car was fine when I came back.
Generally lithium batteries don't like being left fully charged for a long time, especially in the heat. They tend to lose capacity. Mind you I'm talking about small batteries, from when I used to design electronics. I guess the same is true of larger batteries with maybe a slightly different chemistry.
