I've recently acquired a 2020 e-Niro and found that the window/mirror adjustment etc. buttons in the driver's door has an annoying rattle. It's like the one featured in this YouTube clip:

Is this a known "feature" of the car, and is there an easy fix? Or does it require pulling the door trim apart to insert some missing cushioning?

Had the same issue with my 2019 Hybrid.
Take the door card off and pack between the door card and the switch and that should solve the issue.
Good luck

Hmm. Took the door card off as suggested, but not sure what to pack: the button cluster seems to be tightly screwed in with 4 tight screws.

Took it the whole cluster out but other than trying to open the cluster itself (appears to have some clips) and pack inside that a bit) everything seemed to be already secured.

However, my investigations were a little hampered by the wiring connector for the electric seat memory buttons - couldn't get that one disconnected to separate the door card from the door! (The connector for the rattling buttons has a release lever, but the seat memory buttons connector seemed to be just pushed in ... and didn't want to just pull out!)

What did you use to pack with and where did you place in? I have some adhesive backed foam strips (just a few mm thick) that I was going to use, if I could find somewhere useful to put them!

So far, the rattle appears to have been fixed just by unscrewing the button cluster and rescrewing it back to the door card (no packing needed).
