Dashboard ‘buffering’ display

Hi, I’m new to this site, having bought a Kia Niro 2018 hybrid last August. I’m not really having any problems other than on the main dashboard display, which now shows a ‘buffering’ symbol instead of the mph. It was set on mph, which was working perfectly, until I changed the display information, and now this is what I get when I try to change back.

I’ve tried re-setting, but it won’t return to mph.
