Warnings when using windscreen washers

23 reg Niro HEV. When operating the windscreen washers on a journey, there were two warnings flashed up.1) Check forward safety systems. 2) Check lane safety system. Is this happening to anyone else?

No, but I would surmise that the windscreen cleaning is temporarily obscuring the cameras, excess soap?
UK 2021 Mark 1 HEV 4 in silky silver, standard spec.
previously UK 2017 First Edition HEV in pearlescent white, standard spec.

I hope you don't put 'soap', or even washing up liquid in your screen wash bottle!
